Program

Second Ring Job Alerts sends text messages to the owners and staff of businesses that use Second Ring Iowa. Messages tell you about calls your business received: the caller's name and number, the service address, the problem described, and how urgent it is. We may also send a daily summary of new requests. We do not send marketing messages.

How you opt in

A business that uses Second Ring adds the mobile numbers of the people who should receive its job alerts, with their permission. Each person then receives this confirmation text and must reply YES before any alerts are sent:

Second Ring: [Business name] added you to its job alerts. Reply YES to receive alerts about new calls. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your business's call volume, typically a few messages per day.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one confirmation message and no further alerts. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@secondringiowa.com.

Other terms

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
